Family News:

  1. 2025 Theme: "Abide in Christ, Renewal in life."
    Theme verse: "I am the vine; you are the branches. If you remain in me and I in you, you will bear much fruit; apart from me you can do nothing." (John 15:5, NIV)
  2. After Cantonese and English Services, there will be a Joint Prayer Meeting at 12:15 p.m. in the sanctuary. Pr. Tommy and Tina will share their journey and burdens as CCM Montreal small town missionaries. All are welcome to attend to make Bethel a church of mission, prayer, and care.
  3. MBCCA will hold a leadership training on Saturday, September 20, from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at Richmond Chinese MB Church. Deacons, Department Heads, and leaders are welcome to attend. Those interested in attending please go to the office to register.
  4. 2026-2027 Deacon Election will be held on Sunday, September 21, 2025, by in-person referendum. There will be three vacancies on the Deacons Board next year. Active members can vote at church after the Mandarin or Cantonese/English services on Election Day. Election will end at 1:00 PM on the same day. Deacon candidates must receive at least 60% of the votes to be elected. A quorum of 60% of active members is required for the election. If quorum is not reached on September 21, another election will be held on September 28, 2025. Please pray for the Deacon Election.
  5. A new CM Sunday school session will begin at 12:15 p.m. on Sep 28. Mrs. Woo will teach Genesis (Part 2). All members are welcome to register at the office.
  6. Chinese School is now recruiting new students. All those aged 4 and above are welcome to register. For inquiries and registration, please contact Pr. Grace.
  7. The 63rd Canada Chinese Christian Winter Conference will be held on Dec 27-31. Registration is now open, if you are interested, you can contact Angela Chan.

  2. 粵語及英語崇拜後12時15分於正堂將有聯合祈禱會，袁傳道夫婦將分享成為中信蒙特利爾(Montreal)小城宣教士的心路歷程和負擔，歡迎會眾留步出席，讓頌主堂成為宣教、禱告、關愛的教會。
  3. 總會華聯會將於9月20日(六)上午10時至下午3時，假列治文真理堂舉行領袖訓練日，歡迎執事、部長及事奉人員出席，有意出席者請前往辦公室報名。
  4. 2026-2027執事選舉將於2025年9月21日(主日)以實體「全會友投票」方式舉行。明年執事會會有三個空缺，常到會友可於選舉日在國語崇拜之後或粵語崇拜/英語崇拜之後在教會投票。選舉將於當日下午1時結束。執事候選人需至少得到投票人數的百分之六十贊成，方能當選。總投票人數需達到常到會友人數之百分之六十，若9月21日未能達到這投票人數要求，則會在9月28日再舉行投票。請為執事選舉祈禱。
