In recent days, the church has discovered leakage in the main roof and will need to carry out Phase II of the roof replacement project (the section above the main sanctuary). The project cost is $39,900. Construction is tentatively scheduled to begin on September 8, subject to weather conditions. It will take approximately 2 months for the project to be completed. As the current balance in the Building Improvement Fund is insufficient, the Board of Deacons has resolved to collect a Special Offering for the Main Roof Replacement during the Sunday Services of September and October (a total of two months). After the special offering period, brothers and sisters are encouraged to continue supporting the Building Improvement Fund to cover the cost of Phase III (the final phase) of the roof replacement, as well as future building improvement expenses. For contributions designated to the “Main Roof Replacement,” please use the Building Improvement Offering Envelope or E‑Transfer, and indicate “RR” on the offering envelope or in the E‑Transfer memo field.
