Notice: Annual General Meeting:

TO: Members of Bethel Chinese Christian MB Church

Our church's 2026 Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held in-person on June 28, 2026 (Sunday) at 12:00 PM after the Cantonese Sunday Worship Service in the main sanctuary. The Family Forum will be incorporated as part of this AGM.

The meeting agenda is as follow:

  1. Nominate two non-deacon members to join the Deacons Nomination Committee
  2. Introduction of church budget for fiscal year of 2026 to 2027
  3. Plan for second half of the year
  4. Question and Answer Period

Please pray for the AGM and reserve time to attend the meeting on June 28.

Notes:

  • An active member can authorize another active member by proxy to represent him/her in the AGM. Each active member can carry a maximum of three (3) proxies at each meeting.
  • According to Bethel's By-law 9.4.1, the quorum of General Meetings shall not be less than 60% of the total number of active members. If a quorum is NOT reached on that day, the AGM will be held on July 5, 2026 at 12:00 PM after the Cantonese Sunday Worship Service in the main sanctuary.

 

年度會友大會通知書：

敬啟者：

本堂2026年年度會友大會將於2026年6月28日（主日）中午12時在粵語主日崇拜後在禮堂以實體方式舉行。家事分享會將納入為此次會友大會的一部分。

議程如下：

  1. 提名兩位非應屆執事之常到會友加入執事提名委員會
  2. 介紹2026至2027財政年度的財政預算
  3. 下半年計劃
  4. 問答時間

請各會友切切為會友大會祈禱，並預留時間於6月28日依時出席。

註：

  • 常到會友可用委託書，委託另一位常到會友代表出席會友大會。每一位常到會友，在每次會議中，可持有最多三份委託書。
  • 根據本堂章則第9.4.1項，會友大會法定人數不得少於全體常到會友人數的百份之六十。若當日未能達到所需之法定人數，年度會友大會將於2026年7月5日中午12時在粵語主日崇拜後在禮堂舉行。
