Family News:

  1. 2026 Theme: "Abide in Christ, Growing in Love."
    Theme verse: "Instead, speaking the truth in love, we will grow to become in every respect the mature body of him who is the head, that is, Christ. From him the whole body, joined and held together by every supporting ligament, grows and builds itself up in love, as each part does its work." (Ephesians 4:15-16, NIV)
  2. After CM service at 12:15 p.m., there will be CM Sunday School, students please attend on time.
  3. CM Prayer Meeting will be held on March 11 (Wed) from 8:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. via Zoom to pray for Carmel Fellowship. All are welcome to attend and make Bethel a prayer driven church. Please contact church office for Zoom link information.
  4. The Passover Dinner and Reflection Gathering will be held on April 2 (Thurs) at 7:00 p.m. in the basement for brothers and sisters to reflect together on the scene of Jesus celebrating the Passover with His disciples and to meditate on the death and redemption of Jesus Christ. Tickets will be available for sale starting next Sunday (March 15). 80 tickets will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis while supplies last.
  5. The Cantonese Alpha Course will run from April 13 to July 13, every Monday (except public holidays) from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. in the basement, for 13 weeks. The course is designed for working young adults and the digital generation (ages 18-35) to explore God’s message of salvation. Brothers and sisters are encouraged to invite non-believing friends and family. For details and registration, please visit church website (www.bethelmb.org).
  6. The Cantonese Alpha Course is now recruiting prayer warriors, cooks & kitchen helpers, please contact Deacons Roy Tang or Benjamin Kaan for details.
  7. Chinese school is currently recruiting one principal and one teacher. Applicants please email to chinese.school@bethelmb.org or contact the Church office.
  8. Up to last Sunday, 24 mission faith pledge forms were collected, totaling $21,880. Those who still wish to participate can deposit the original completed pledge forms into the collection box before March 22nd.
  9. As a thanksgiving to God and gratitude to brothers and sisters for his rapid recovery from a serious face injury by falling down on the street on February 8 afternoon, Brother Man Wah Wong (王文華弟兄) is offering buns to brothers and sisters after service today.
  10. The Lighthouse Harbour Ministries will hold a "China Thanksgiving Dinner" on April 9, 2026. For those interested, please contact Rev. Woo for dinner tickets.
