Notice: Annual General Meeting:

TO: Members of Bethel Chinese Christian MB Church

Our church's 2025 Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held in-person on June 29, 2025 (Sunday) at 12:00 PM after the Cantonese Sunday Worship Service in the main sanctuary. The Family Forum will be incorporated as part of this AGM.

The meeting agenda is as follow:

  1. Nominate two non-deacon members to join the Deacons Nomination Committee
  2. Introduction of church budget for fiscal year of 2025 to 2026
  3. Report on Kitchen Renovation and Arrangement on its Room Usage/li>
  4. Update on Roof Replacement and Maintenance
  5. Plan for second half of the year
  6. Question and Answer Period

Please pray for the AGM and reserve time to attend the meeting on June 29.

Notes:

  • An active member can authorize another active member by proxy to represent him/her in the AGM. Each active member can carry a maximum of three (3) proxies at each meeting.
  • According to Bethel’s By-law 9.4.1, the quorum of General Meetings shall not be less than 60% of the total number of active members. If a quorum is NOT reached on that day, the AGM will be held on July 6, 2025 at 12:00 PM after the Cantonese Sunday Worship Service in the main sanctuary.

 

年度會友大會通知書：

敬啟者：

本堂2025年年度會友大會將於2025年6月29日（主日）中午12時在粵語主日崇拜後在禮堂以實體方式舉行。家事分享會將納入為此次會友大會的一部分。

議程如下：

  1. 提名兩位非應屆執事之常到會友加入執事提名委員會
  2. 介紹2025至2026財政年度的財政預算
  3. 廚房裝修報告及房間使用安排
  4. 屋頂更換及維修消息
  5. 下半年計劃
  6. 問答時間

請各會友切切為會友大會祈禱，並預留時間於6月29日依時出席。

註：

  • 常到會友可用委託書，委託另一位常到會友代表出席會友大會。每一位常到會友，在每次會議中，可持有最多三份委託書。
  • 根據本堂章則第9.4.1項，會友大會法定人數不得少於全體常到會友人數的百份之六十。若當日未能達到所需之法定人數，年度會友大會將於2025年7月6日中午12時在粵語主日崇拜後在禮堂舉行。
